Marek has over eighteen years of experience in statutory audit, having worked at two Big Four firms before co-founding V4 Audit. He holds the ACCA qualification and is a registered auditor in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic, with particular expertise in manufacturing and distribution clients.
Petra leads the firm's assurance practice and specialises in IFRS conversion projects and group audit coordination for multinational subsidiaries operating in Central Europe. She has supervised audits for listed entities and regularly advises audit committees on the application of new accounting standards.
Tomáš built his career in transaction advisory at an international firm before joining V4 Audit to establish the due diligence practice. He has led financial due diligence reviews on over sixty transactions across the V4 region, covering sectors including real estate, technology and business services.
Alžbeta oversees V4 Audit's internal audit outsourcing and governance advisory services, drawing on fifteen years of experience in internal audit and risk management. She holds the CIA designation and has designed internal audit programmes for financial institutions and large family-owned enterprises.
Radek is responsible for V4 Audit's internal quality management system and audit methodology, ensuring that all engagements comply with current ISA requirements and the firm's own quality standards. He coordinates the firm's professional development programme and manages external inspection readiness.
