V4 Audit, s.r.o. was established by a group of experienced certified auditors who identified a gap in the Central European market for a mid-sized audit firm that combined rigorous technical standards with the agility and partner-led attention typically associated with smaller practices. The firm takes its name from the Visegrád Four region — the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary — where the founding partners built their careers before establishing V4 Audit. From the outset, the firm was built around three principles: independence, methodological discipline and transparent client communication. We recruit only certified professionals who hold recognised national or international audit qualifications and who commit to ongoing professional education. Our quality management system is designed in line with ISQM 1 requirements, ensuring that every engagement is subject to consistent supervision and review regardless of its size. V4 Audit does not pursue growth at the expense of quality: we deliberately limit the number of engagements accepted each year to maintain the depth of attention each client receives. We have built lasting relationships with mid-market companies, private equity-backed businesses and listed entities that value an auditor who understands their business rather than simply processing their files. Our approach to fees is transparent — we agree a scope and budget at the outset and do not introduce unexpected charges mid-engagement.
